Programs and Software
In my work as an instructional designer, I use a variety of tools to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- MS Forms helps me gather feedback, while Smart Sheets keeps projects organized.
- I rely on Canva and Adobe Illustrator for eye-catching visuals and use Articulate 360 (Storyline 360 and Rise 360) to build interactive e-learning modules.
- For video content, I turn to Vyond for animations and TechSmith’s Camtasia, Audiate, and Snagit Editor for tutorials and screen captures.
Learning these tools wasn’t always easy; figuring out triggers in Storyline and mastering Vyond’s animation features took time. But with practice and online resources, I overcame the challenges.
Now, these tools are second nature and central to delivering impactful training solutions.
